Federal Court in New Jersey holds that “HR-218” (18 U.S.C. Sec. 926C) is the controlling law for retired law enforcement concealed carry and that certain restrictions passed into NJ law are unconstitutional. An important ruling for all retired LEO. (Link to decision in article above)
